Unifying a massive, 43-day university event that encompasses 37 distinct disciplines (23 sports and 14 art categories) under a single, cohesive brand aesthetic without making it look cluttered or inconsistent. Collaborated with the core design team to develop a comprehensive visual identity heavily inspired by Olympic minimalism. I focused on creating scalable design systems that could be easily adapted across dozens of different sports and arts branches. Successfully established a clean, unified visual narrative that maintained strict brand consistency across all 37 disciplines, elevating the professional look of the university's largest multi-event competition.
